Smaller items are dispatched by courier and typically arrive within 3–7 working days of ordering. You will receive tracking details by email or text once your order has been dispatched.

Larger furniture is delivered by a specialist two-person team to your room of choice, with packaging removed. After dispatch, the delivery company will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date. Please allow around 2 weeks from dispatch.

Delivery charges are based on the size and weight of your order and are shown at checkout before you pay. Small items start from £6.99.

Before You Order Large Items
Please measure doorways, hallways and staircases and make sure access is available on delivery day.

Large furniture cannot be delivered to the following postcode areas: BT (all postcodes), HS (all postcodes), IM (all postcodes), IV26–99, KA27, KA28, KW (all postcodes), PA15–78, PH19–50 and ZE (all postcodes).
